Our Process

Donor Experience Index™ (DXI)

Donor Experience Index™ (DXI) is our proprietary metric that summarizes donors’ subjective ratings of the three key specific areas of donor experience: Communication, Recognition and Engagement. The DXI also takes into account the donors’ comparative ratings of their experience with the respective nonprofit against other nonprofits.

What can DXI do for nonprofit organizations?

  • Serve as a benchmarking tool in comparisons to other similar nonprofits
  • Provide a snapshot of their donor experience at a particular time
  • Make comparisons of donor experience between units/ branches/development officers within an organization
